I wish I could give Johnna more than 5 stars. I could never have known someone could put so much time and effort into helping someone relocate from New York to Florida. She is truly a special person. She brought me to something like 15 apartment properties in 3 days and also drove my parents around the Orlando area while I was visiting my job’s new facility. I have recommended Johnna to other people from my job and will certainly call her if I decide to stay in Florida and buy a home in the future. It was truly an amazing experience which has greatly helped me with this relocation.

As a first-time home buyer, having Johnna Brizendine as my realtor, was the best decision I made and was the key to my success in achieving the home of my dreams! Her determination and hard work to reach this goal went unmatched! After having prior disappointing experiences, I began to struggle and question, if this was at all possible, but the minute I met Johnna, I new she was the one! Want to sell your house fast? Go Watson! This realty utilizes the latest state of the art technology in the business: from marketing, to photography, to the closing. They are so awesome. And the real estate agent to use? It’s Johnna Brizendine. Johnna is a seller’s dream. This model material lady is so beautiful in and out. Johnna isn’t just a pretty face but also very smart, knowledgeable and well-organized. She did a comprehensive statistical analysis of our house to get the appropriate pricing to sell. Johnna take her job very seriously and goes extra mile to create exposure to the house she is selling. She held several open houses for us to increase the chance of soliciting buyers. As the seller, Johnna made us feel she worked to our advantage especially during the negotiation process with the buyer’s agent. Johnna is always well dressed, always on time and promptly responds to phone call, text or email. The only hard thing we experienced with Johnna is to pronounce her last name. We met Johnna when we stopped at an open house she was hosting. We had just begun looking for a new home, as we had decided to combine households with my husband's sister. The house we saw that day was not the one for us, but Johnna helped us to quickly find and close on the perfect house for us. She was always available for questions, and went out of her way to help us get paperwork signed, and everything taken care of. We felt very comfortable with her, and the entire process.

Johnna is a wonderful agent. Very knowledgeable, competent and extremely efficient. She had our property listed, sold and closed in one week ! Our experience working with Johnna was great and we highly recommend her for all your real estate transactions .
